This individual is responsible for all aspects of service projects with direct responsibility for project estimating, execution and project profitability while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame, with available resources.  The position requires extensive knowledge of the HVAC service/ Installation/ Controls/ Retrofit & Design Build Based Industry and will be responsible for developing additional sales opportunities from existing clients. 

• Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects/ projects and estimates
• Communicates with customers & their representatives- building owners, subcontractors & field support staff on consistent basis.
• Examines and reviews estimates for accuracy and addresses discrepancies.
• Responsible for project profitability by monitoring and controlling expenses.
• Oversees equipment, materials, subcontractor and vendor orders, recording receipts and approving payment.
• Responsible for change orders by recommending solutions
• Ensures that quality standards are maintained for all projects.
• Established a professional relationship with customers.
• Keep database up to date to keep good project costing.
• Manages subcontractors and other assigned project resources
• Addresses complaints and works with service manager. 

Job Qualifications: 

• Detail oriented, excited, confident and highly organized
• Ability to represent Perfectemp Inc in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff and the general public.
• Ability to complete work on time.
• Keep organized records on all work completed
• Must have valid drivers’ license and good driving record.
• Self-motivated and able to handle rapidly changing priorities and several tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to respond to difficult situations with customer and co-workers with high level professionalism
• Must be able to communicate effectively with vendors and co-workers 

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
