JOB DUTIES
Highly skilled Service Technician who demonstrates advanced expertise in HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting.  Must have a proven record of a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field experience. 

• You will test, visually inspect and troubleshoot HVAC units. 
• Present findings
• Suggest improvements 
• Complete approved repairs. 
• Document, invoice and collect payments.
• Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection
• Work within code compliance on low and high-voltage wiring
• Solid understanding of HVAC sizing and design principles
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
• Perform all service repair work with professional, showroom-quality results
