What?We Need from You: 

• Prepare and monitor project estimates, budgets, and schedules, assisting in contract negotiations. 

• Participate in conceptual project development and oversee organization, scheduling, and execution while collaborating with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve design issues. 

• Plan and coordinate workforce, equipment, tools, and supplies to achieve project objectives. 

• Manage administrative aspects of contracts, communicating details to relevant parties. 

• Plan submittals, project permitting, and ensure inspection compliance. 

• Complete job closeout processes, including resolving punch list items, recording as-built drawings, filing test and balance reports, and managing warranty items. 

Qualifications: 

• HVAC industry experience required. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing unit replacements and new installations. 

• Ability to read and understand mechanical plans, specifications, and construction details. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications. 

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure. 

Helios determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $25-$35/hour. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
